Terms & Conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the UMB Pageants Season 6 voting portal and buy vote packs. By using the portal or completing a payment, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The voting portal is operated by UMB Elegant Monarch Private Limited (“UMB”, “we”, “us”), the organiser of UMB Pageants, with its office at House No. 25C, Block-J, PH1, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110052, India. You can reach us at info@umbpageants.com.
2. Who can vote
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
- You must give accurate contact details at checkout, as we use them for payment records and support.
- You may vote as many times as you like, for as many contestants as you like, while voting is open.
3. What you are buying
Votes are sold in packs. Each pack gives a fixed number of votes for one contestant you choose, at the price shown on the portal. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless shown otherwise at checkout.
| Pack | Price | Votes |
|---|---|---|
| Spark | ₹500 | 5 |
| Cheer | ₹1,000 | 10 |
| Applause | ₹2,000 | 20 |
| Spotlight | ₹3,000 | 35 |
| Ovation | ₹5,000 | 60 |
| Crown | ₹10,000 | 150 |
Votes are a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped. Votes are credited to the contestant as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. What votes decide
- Category fast track: the contestant with the most votes in each category (Miss, Ms, Mrs and Elite Mrs) when voting closes receives a direct entry into that category’s Top 5.
- People’s Choice: the contestant with the highest vote total across all categories when voting closes is awarded the People’s Choice title.
- All other placements and titles are decided by the judging panel under the competition rules. Online votes do not affect them.
- If two contestants are tied when voting closes, the tie is resolved under the competition rules and UMB’s decision is final.
5. Voting period
Voting closes at the date and time shown in the countdown on the portal (Indian Standard Time). Payments that complete after voting closes are not counted and will be refunded. UMB may extend, pause or shorten the voting period for operational, technical or legal reasons, and will show any change on the portal.
6. Fair voting
To keep voting fair for every contestant, you must not:
- use bots, scripts or any automated means to vote or to load the portal;
- use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods, or make payments you intend to reverse through a chargeback;
- try to interfere with the portal, its security or its vote counts.
UMB may remove votes linked to fraudulent or reversed payments, block abusive use, and audit results before they are announced. Contestants are responsible for ensuring that campaigns run on their behalf follow these rules; serious breaches may be handled under the competition rules.
7. Contestant changes
If a contestant withdraws or is disqualified under the competition rules, votes already cast for her remain final and are not transferred, except where our Cancellation & Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Your card, UPI and bank credentials are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and are never stored on our servers. Your use of a payment method is also subject to Razorpay’s and your bank’s terms.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Votes are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled once credited. Refunds are available only in the situations listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, such as failed or duplicate payments.
10. Your name in the live feed
When you vote, your first name, the contestant and the number of votes may appear in the portal’s live feed. Tick “Hide my name in the live feed” at checkout to appear as “A supporter” instead. Vote totals for each contestant are public.
11. Content and trademarks
The UMB Pageants name, logo, artwork, contestant photographs and site content belong to UMB or its licensors. You may view and share links to the portal, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, UMB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal, and our total liability for any claim relating to a vote purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect payments completed before the change.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the portal or vote purchases.
