Shipping & Delivery Policy

Votes are a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
1. How votes are delivered
Votes are delivered online to the contestant you choose. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the votes are added to her total — usually within a few seconds — and the live leaderboard updates.
2. Delivery timeline

If your payment succeeded but the votes do not appear within 30 minutes, email info@umbpageants.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will credit the votes or refund you in full, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Shipping
No physical goods, tickets or merchandise are sold through the voting portal, so there is no shipping address, shipping fee or courier.
4. Where the service is available
Supporters in India and abroad can vote using any payment method supported by Razorpay. All prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); international cards may show a conversion by your bank.
